Our account which is my electricity and water account just keeps on adding up. June 2013 we received a statement for an amount of R1605 and we had no problem with that. Then we receive a final notice of R6565, when you ask the accounts department about this they say that this was an amount that was handed over but they can't tell me when this was, but that they are no longer using that company so thus it's added back onto my account, they say, now there is another amount of R14096.00 that we owe them plus the new statement for this month isR15492 and now its more arrears. Really how ON EARTH does a person owe so much all of a sudden, THIS IS FLIPPEN REDICULOUS. Someone needs to sort this out and advise us as i am sick and tired of this place and there bills. Every sencond month it is something else and more money. I want an explanation regarding this matter urgently, where does a person get the money to keep on paying but they are fast to cut your electricity if you done pay.
