Shocking Service

Bought a house June 2010. Taking occupation did all the municipality expected regarding changing of electricity account. Got the certificate of competency and paid the deposit needed. THEY DID NOT DO THE FINAL MATER READING before changing the account to my name. Have been charged the interim rate for a while and somewhere in 2011 they decided to refund me the overpayment from the interim rate charged, same year in July I was told I had connected electricity illegally and its my fault. I have never tempered with the meter-box and when I explained this the unprofessional and ill-mannered Metro Springs office he was intent on charging me instead of listening to my problem. Reported this to his supervisor Bongane who arranged for the Meter-box to be changed. March 2012 I received a bill for R12000 tried to inquire but hit a brick wall. Mr Hunt never responded to any emails sent and when I went physically he was always busy. I receive notices monthly threatening to cut off electricity even though I still pay the interim rate every month. I want an explanation of where this amount comes from for I don't use that much electricity in a month
