I had a power outage, I then to the meter to check if maybe it tripped. The switch was up but the box was blank, I pulled it down and sparks came off, pushed it back up and sparks came out again but my electricity was restored. I phone the call center and logged a call that they need to send an electrician out. I was told that he/she would has turnaround time of 4 -24 hours, I stressed the importance of this matter. A month later no electrician has come to my house. The fun part is that the electricity box is doing the sparking again today 10/03/2013. No one can tell me why the electrician never pitched, the matter is still not adressed with a seance of urgency that it needs. My kids have to prepare for school, I have to prepare for work, we don't have dinner because the power is out. What kind of service is this. Highly irate customer of ekurhuleni municipality.
