On the 21st at about 7:30pm I experienced power failure and unfortunately it was my house only. I immediately called Ekurhuleni call center and reported. I was given a reference number (904709) and told the matter will be dealt with within 24hrs. 24hrs have since passed and nothing has happed we are still in the dark. Nobody had the decency to call and explain what is going on. I even called today (22/10) at 3:00pm and 6:20pm. I am just told we will inform the electrician. The electrician is still not here.
Please help!
