Pathetic service

I would not expect a response to this complaint as it's typical to get absolutely no response from any government department, but it's here so that people can see that the department is rude, no customer skills and is as lazy as anything. Everytime you go there, there is always an excuse as to why they cannot help you and even if you bring incorrect documentation, they say it is not acceptable. They are the most lazyand obnoxious people i have ever dealt with and it's no surprise why the country is in the state it is in if this is there attitude!!!
