From the start there were numerous accounting issues. Which lead to a lot of errors on my account, then i got a bill stating my account was in arrears of R16k, i was working with JHI to resolve this matter. next i know, i dont have any power in my salon, upon calling them noone could tell me why & told me to call an electrician, he worked on the Meter & power was restored. In Dec 2012 my power goes off again. After the arrears being corrected, i got told i had an illegal connection on my meter & disconnected. Electrician was contacted and took responsiblity for the work, however I was left without power for over a week, numerous call, emails etc later it was sorted out. In January this year my rental was paid late due to Dec problem, however Yesterday my power was disconnected again. After proof of payments being sent I am still without power! JHI are claiming it is because My February rental has not been received, how can i pay rent when i am left without power, the center has not had water since begin Dec, the center isnot maintained. it is illegal to disconnect power without notice, and for o/s rent! I am fed up!!!
