I just read an article on the news where you state "Modiba said it was hoped that power would be switched back on during Tuesday afternoon.: - HOPED?? And then you go on to say "Should the power not be restored within the stated time... [Ekurhuleni municipality] assures that it will continue with work until all areas are once again electrified, " - YES! This will probably take FOREVER as your service is!!!
It was not our resident's fault that this happened but the contractor!! This contractor should be working 72 hours straight (as per your lead time) to get this fixed and then be fired as he clearly has NO IDEA what he is doing.
And now all the residence have to sit in the freezing winter cold with no electricity and no hot water!!! This is utterly unacceptable! We deserve a better service but then again, I assume you don't care anyway! VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!
