My husband passed away in September 2008 and as yet I have not received his death benefits. He did not have a valid ID book when he pass? d away. I have given in all documentation necessary including certified copies of his old (non bar coded ID) but to no avail. I have basically been told no ID, no passport, no pay. I find this attitude unbelievable and I have called them and e mailed them many times without any response. Where do I go from here?? Please help me.
