Please close my late husband's account

My history with SABC TV License's as VERY BAD AND INSUFFICIENT administrative organisation:
On 28 November 2012 we phoned the number on the statement to enquire on the procedure to close the account of someone who passed away. On the same day all the relevant documentation (death certificate, executor's letter en spouse's id) was faxed to 011 781 5192
During August 2013 I received another statement for my late husband to renew his TV License.
On 10 September 2013 I walked into the office of SABC TV Licenses in Auckland Park with my whole "estate late file" to again try to finalise this matter.
The person who helped me assured me that I have a valid TV License and the account of my late husband will be closed.
According to my knowledge, this matter has been finalised in September 2013 but should have been already finalised November 2012! Today, 14 November 2013 I received another quiry on the account! Sorry, but from my side this matter is now closed. Do they need hard copies, as well as faxed copies, as well as emailed copies? Maybe I should just drop the TV in West park Cemetary.
