I registered for a card on the 5th of December 2013. I did not receive a follow up mail. As per the instructions I went to the nearest station, O R Tambo station. The staff member working there seemed shocked that I had given him the form and said I must wait for the e-mail. I explained I registered a month ago, and the mail says that I should go to the station after 7 working days. He tried to search for my details, not sure if he knows how to use the system or not. I then called the call centre, and the staff member there said they can not help, I must go to the station. Going around in circles with no end.

A suggestion - allow the public to register the cards that the already purchased instead of wasting our time by first registering the card.
