I habe changed my club card at edgars twice because the manager at cinema said my card is faulty. but the card is not working at the self service station but in the front desk it does work. The manager said the problem is with the self service station. This happened three times with me and every time I miss the beginning of the movies. The staff are rude and not helpful when i told the situation and on a busy Saterday there is only one staff member at front desk. This is unacceptable. The self service stations are there so that you don't have to stand in line. This is very frustrating and a waist of time
