I have been trying to get municipal accounts from City Power Roodepoort Branch since Nov/Dec 2013 and again today 08/01/2014. It amazes me that a government office is unable to give me my accounts because, as the cashiers told me "We are out of paper since Nov/Dec, so if you can please bring some paper we can assist you." Having returned to their office with my OWN paper, I am now told, there is no ink in the printers so they are unable to provide the account. I am expected to drive approximately 40km away to Reuven to pick up my accounts.
I suppose all the paper & ink was used to print all the order copies and plans for Nkandla (or as we know it "Disgraceland") for our honourable President and his cronies. Welcome to South Africa...
