I have been using the Gautrain from Pretoria to Johannesburg-and vice versa- since beginning of Jan 2013.At this stage I make use of Public Bus Services in Johannesburg-From Park Station -to my work and back (our offices opposite Ellispark Rugby stadium). I'm currently working for Media24-Product Manager-Magazines. I'm using the Rea Vaya Bus services. The busses are always on time, clean, comfortable, drivers always friendly, HOWEVER!! this morning I encountered the worst service from Park Station -Rea Vaya. I wanted to buy my Bus ticket-however the station had no change-the Supervisors at this station-one is named -Pinky or Tinky-both of them are the rudest, unprofessional, incompetent staff of Rea Vaya!! They both have this "stuff you Sir" attitude. They need training in people skills, attitude, manners, client services-They must grow up, be trained again and learn how to handle the Public and to respect the Public at all times.- I wanted to pay, however it was said to me that due to the fact that the Supervisor had no change to accommodate my payment, I was not allowed to use or get on the Bus
