My late mother's pension payout

GEPF, after a long wait for your processes to be concluded, Only to be informed that documents have one missing whilst in your possession is utterly disgusting. My mother passed away in 2011, and the application was made in January 2012. Between you and the Kwazulu Natal department of Education documents have been going astray and payment has been delayed. It is now 2014 and am still fighting for that payment to be made. After posting and submitting the missing documents to Pretoria and submitting them at your Durban offices, who could not find my mother's file and my brother had to go back twice before it was actually found. We are now tired of submitting the same documents over again, and worse of all none of the supervisors at the call centre are available to attend to queries.
