Sir/ Madam
After having served the Department of Education for 30 years, I resigned from the profession on 31/03/2013. All documents were submitted to the pension department on 22/07/2013.
I received notification via SMS informing me that my pension benefit application had been initiated by the HR Office.
It is now the seventh month to date since resignation and I have not been informed of any further progress despite having made numerous phone calls month after month to track the progress. How long must I wait in order to receive payment? Please help.
