My siblings have received their payment on 18 & 22 October but they still do not have a payment date for me. I have asked why I haven't received my payment but every time I call in, I am told that MAYBE the payment will go through the next payment run. I asked for help from the branch manager Ephraim Kekana but all I received was a threat that If I don't talk to them with decency and respect (mind you which is what I have been doing), I will not receive any help. I have dealt with Mr. Kekana himself, Anna from Mr. Kekana's office, Audrey Kau - Walking In Centre, countless call center agents like Sibusiso Mbajwa and Nico Mogoko - Call Center Supervisor but I still haven't received help. Every time I get an explanation that the problem is with the payment department but no one knows what it is. I was told by Audrey Kau and Anna a different story from what the call center agents told me. They said that the person who worked on our claim didn't verify my payment and they promised me that it was fixed but the last time I called in the first agent said the payment was verified on the 30th and the second one said on the 28th. Still NO PAYMENT DATE, NO PAYMENT and NO CLEAR ANSWERS.
