PAYOUT OF CLEAN BREAK PRINCIPAL

I am quite annoyed at this stage. I want answers as to when I can expect my payment. My "choice form" was received on 30/04/2013 (pension no 96538191) by the GEPF. Each time when the call centre is contacted it is told that the application is with the legal department. No other answer is given. Then it is said the turnaround time is 60 days and then it is said the turnaround time is 2 months. I have sent emails without success as it does not get answered. This is really not acceptable. If the GEPF has all the necessary documentation, what is the hold up with the application? The answer that it is with the legal department is not good enough for me. I want a proper answer please and I want a date when I can expect payment? It is already an inconvenience to call the call centre each time to hold between 10 and 20 min and to sent emails without success.
