Whoever reads these complaints, please PLEASE get back to me. I have registered for my one module (the only one I need to do to complete my PGCE) on Jan 12 2013. I made a payment online of R800 on the 25th of January and another payment of R140 on the 4th of Feb 2013 for a re-write that I did in January.

I have emailed the finance department twice already and Ive been calling but no one answers my calls or emails!! the cut-off date is the beginning of March and I need you to see where my payment has gone because my application says "application in progress-payment required" before the cut-off date as I can not afford to not complete my PGCE this year.
Where has my money gone??? Why is it not reflecting as a payment on my application??? Please help!!
