I phoned Sars this afternoon to retrieve my sars efiling password as I had forgotten it. The lady whom assisted me is Thembi Mabuza from Alberton, she effortlessly assisted me, she was patient, listened calmly to my query and did her best to resolve my issues. She has excellent sense of humour and is very professional at the same time. I was able to retrieve my password and I must say I am the happiest client right now, such service is scarce to get and I really appreciate all her efforts in making my life easy.
