South African Police Service
Abuse in front of the colonel

I was stopped by police officer at about 12:20 from a hospital call out during their road block. i then stopped and produced my drivers license, then they started being rude to the person i was with. i asked them to be professional and use english because the other party cannot speak their language. they started being bully and violent saying; how can u ask a police officer to be professional and speak english, they started beating me up and no one to help. everybody who was there saw the scene but did nt stop him from hitting me, then they forced me into my car and forced me to go. i then approached Lt Colonel Mabusela for help but they continued being abusive even infront of them and she failed to stop them, they dragged me into my car, pulling me forcefully and calling me by names and swearing at me.
she refused to produce details of the police officer who was hitting me and they defended each other, not to produce the details of the officer. i then point fingered the police officer who was hitting me, but she kept on diverting the conversation till the police officer vanished.

first of all, the police officer did nt read out my rights and explained to me why they stopped me
