No resolution despite many pleas for assistance

I am still waiting. My mother has sent the form that they seem to have lost. This was sent registered mail, and signed for by Dineo Phela. First I was told that Dineo doe not work there, then I got another story. More.
I have asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager was available and that a manager will call me - I'm still waiting.
I have sent 3 e-mails to the so-called branch manager Ephraim Kekana, with no response so far (if you can call forwarding my mail to the call centre a response, then he 'responded' t my first mail, with no result.
I have requested the escalation procedure, no response. I have no means of getting this concluded. Must I accept that my Mother will be financially destitute because of the GEPF's incompetence? Is this what I pay my taxes for? I am livid to say the least!
