The GEPF is unable to conclude transferring my late Father's pension to my mother. My father passed away in May and my mother is dependent on his pension.
I get the most wonderful excuses and when I contact the call center. When I request to speak to a manager I get put on hold for more than half an hour, after which I finally hang up. The call center staff are not intelligent enough to respond to my query. I expect this to be addressed asap.
