It seems that this is the only medium in which I'll actually get a response from the GEPF. I refuse to waste my time with the call centre anymore, and have had no response to my numerous e-mails. Basically I submitted all the correct documentation in Nov. 2012 for cashing up of my fund. This was checked by my HR administrator, and deemed doubly correct by her superior at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital HR.

After almost 6 months, I'm told by HR I need to resubmit as my Z894 is incorrect. I ASSURE YOU IT WAS CORRECTLY SUBMITTED. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable!!!

There is a serious lack of communication from GEPF. The call centre has proven fruitless, as when they actually do answer my call, they cannot answer me!

I've sent a fax to the board of trustees, no response!! You guys are not even answerable to the Pension Fund Adjudicator.

I cannot just sit back and be sent from pillar to post, I have a very demanding job and cannot sacrifice my patients to redo what was previously completed.
My experience with GEPF goes totally against the recommendations made in the Report by the Public Prosecutor.
I HAVE RIGHTS!! I look forward to a response.
