Divorce claims NOT paid

After my last complaint/ post on Hellopeter, my mother is still waiting. Every time I phone GEPF the story is different!! on the 31 May 2013 the document was out of the legal department and are with the calculation department, today i was told that they are AGAIN with Legal department.. Does GEPF have turn around time? how long does it take? all I need is an update. All i get is "please keep calling us to check on the process, you can not talk with legal section".
Calling GEPF every 5days is costly and not everyone has the money to call. Where is the princple of BATHO PELE.
