I came to Ladybrand Home affairs to do my childrens passports first went on Friday 29 November and he was standing in the office I didn't see their tiny sign and he was being rude he said something in his language and I looked at him I didn't understand what he meant and than he said don't you dare open the door. And I was shocked as it was around 15H40 than I saw the office hours sign that they close at 15H30 and I wonder why he couldn't say that it was closed. Than I came on Monday to ask for forms and he was rude again, I asked him if I could get the forms for the passports and fill them in and return as I see their is a queue he refused he said I should stand in the queue for the forms, he was so rude he invited people to sit down on the benches and he gave me a smirk. He isn't even wearing a name badge and I asked for his name he is refusing to give it to me. Is this the service we should accept? That government employees forget that they are there to supply a service?
