I needed passports urgently and this man promised it could be done. I did all the steps correctly, filled the forms, did the fingerprints and paid. He didnt give me a receipt saying that he has to keep it. According to the tracking, only 1 application was submitted and te other never. Home affairs say that it is impossible to be lost. He never answered my calls. I now regeret ever taking his help and realise that there was some corruptin happening between him and the ladys who are working at the desks at home affairs germiston. Please be wary. He has misplaced very important documents of mine.
