On Saturday morning 09/11/13 my wife and I went to home affairs malmesbury to renew her ID and apply for some birth certificates. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by a friendly lady who gave us all our documents to fill in, at that point there was a long queue so we decided to fill them in at a coffee shop down the road, long story short, got back an hour later, only 3 people left in the queue WOW . we only waited 10minutes to be served and with a smile too so a Big Well Done to Malmesbury Home Affairs!!!
