Over Charging & unable to assist

Firstly. I have tried to contact the call center and they keep putting the phone down after holding onto the line for ages.

I sold my Flat in February this year and it was registered in the new owners name on the 19th of Feb. As per protocol the transferring attorneys sorted out the accounts and processed the transfer. I have since then purchased a new property and my new properties account was fine until now. The outstanding money that the new owner must have paid are now reflecting on my account!

I need help and have tried my best to resolve this issue without creating a fuss. Enough is Enough. This is unacceptable!
