I would like to thank City of Johannesburg for their good service relating to the reversing of incorrect charges. City of Johannesburg has been working on estimates for our electricity readings for the last three years. They have now started taking our actual meter readings and on our bill this month they have credited us for all the previous years' over billing - without any request from our side! Thank you City of Johannesburg for the best christmas gift!
