I have been emailing the Council at [Email Removed] for months and have not had any response. The reason I am emailing them is because the physical address appearing on my account has mysteriously been changed (without any action on my part) and I would like them to fix it. I've received no reply for months. I know that the only way to get anything done is probably to go and stand in the queue where I can't be ignored; however, a mistake has been made on their side, and I now have to pay for transport, and take time off work, when I was hoping their mistake could be rectified via email instead. Why do they offer an email service if they are not even going to reply? Are they are lying to the public by saying that they provide an online service? I have also tried the call center several times; I usually give up after several minutes of being on hold - I have never managed to get through to an actual person yet.
