Yesterday I went to the Labour dept in Randburg as the one in Johannesburg is closed, I leave in Brixton and the closest is the one in Randburg. This woman on till number 4 gets there around 8am and she was about to attend us she went to Lunch exactly at 11am and she comes back at 12 : 30pm. Then at 1PM she says to everyone they must come back the next day she will not be attending us because it is too late.
We come back today, I was outside at offices at 6:20am on the queue. When I went inside I was the 3rd person on the queue for maternity leave claims. Same woman, Till number 4 with a ZCC batch. She attended 2 people in 2 hours delaying in between I don't know busy with what. Then when it's my turn she asks me why am I here I should have gone to Roodeport or Term is ton. I should know that I will only get paid in March because there's a lot of us from Johannesburg. She is so rude and very impatient with us. I feel she shouldn't be working there especially with pregnant people.
