Wrongly billed and treated badly

I was double charged for one months electricity account. we went over from municipality to prepaid electricity in the middle of the month. since i moved into the building i paid each month a pro-rata electricity account. i first paid and then used. now they want me to pay for an extra month, exactly the same amount with exactly the same meter reading than the month of prepaid installed. when i asked questions they actually told me i was stupid for not understanding. what is there to understand, how can i pay for 2 months in row the same amount for the same meter readings and the prepaid meter was installed. this people is seriously taking our hard earned money and just it, now i am wondering for how long they are taking good peoples hard earned money and uses the same meter readings over and over, who of us always have the time to take a look, we just pay without question and if a person questioned you are degraded as stupid and person is treated like scrap, but if it was not for me and all the other good faithed people renting from them they would have no job but still they treat their customers like . please do something about this people.
