CALL CENTRE NOT FUNCTIONAL AND NO HELP AT OFFICE!!

I submitted several registration for COIDA in March 2013. Iaw the Dept of Labour's procedures I had to wait 21 working days in order to obtain a reference number.

I have personally been there at 07:00 in the morning on several occassion since the expiration of the time period, I have sent a messanger to the offices but each time we are passed over to assist people who waltzed in after 9:00. When we raise the matter with the receptionist we are told to wait our turn.

We have attempted to contact the call center for over 2 months, the line is either not working or engaged or it rings endlessly. Our emails to [email protected] have come back unanswered.

SERIOUSLY!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE DOING THEIR WORK AND SERVICE DELIVERY???!!!

Oh ja then we are told that we have to resubmit one of our application! after over 40 days of waiting for delivery we have to contend with " Oopsie we lost your application???!!! " Seriously???!!!
