I have been on maternity leave since August 2011 and I submitted my uif documents in September but since then I have only been paid once for August only and for september until now I'm told there's a call to be logged minding the fact that the money that was paid for August I only received it in December and. I have been refered to the germiston labour dept by the benoni center and still haven't been helped because a lady from germiston by the name of norah told me she will fone me back when I called her on the 3rd of january 2013 but up until today she hasn't phoned me. I went to benoni labour center on wednesday 9 january to find out what's hapening and a lady by name of phindile told me that she's sending an email to people who must sort out this issue and she promised to call me back the same day which she never did as she only called me on the 10th only to tell me that a person who must sort out my issue (Bongani from germiston labour center) is on leave until only coming back tuesday 15 january, I really wonder if is that Bongane the only person working with such queries?
