I first applied for maternity leave in September 2012 - i was stunned (in a good way) when a few weeks later, payment was in my bank account, the first maternity benefits. i then waited for the second payment to no avail - till i decided to go to the labour office again in March. I dont know how many UI19's, birth certificates etc i've had to resubmit for the payment to be made. Its now 10 months later, and i still dont have the full payment of my maternity benefits. I dont know what i should do now as i've been to the local office, the regional office in PE but still i havent been assisted.
I'm hopeful someone will get back to me regarding this.
