Bad services manners and putting the phone down!!!

I Colleen Salgado worked for a company called Harvard Empowerment Solutions (Pty) Ltd and this company has since gone threw Liquidation so last year I took my bank statements into Sars and the Consultants were very help full they did explain that the bank statements are not right due to the tax not been paid into my bank account they worked it from some of the pay slips I received and then the bank statements so we submitted the, documents documents to the Auditor I was then given the amount of R7000.00 and some to be paid in by me, I then asked my friend whom still works at the company what is going on with my Tax etc she then called the accountant to get my password etc to do it herself so she came with me to sars a manual report was send off with a very nice lady whom works at sars and then she said I will get a final call report etc to let me know what is going on since then I don't know if the efiling was don't but it was submitted with a report, this was on the 6 Jan 2013. And I got a call from a nasty women at 6:00 in the evening saying she is putting enforcement on me please explain as she would not allow me to tell her what happened I'm very cross this is not right thing
