I would like report that McCarthy's Limited submitted the information to sars that i have worked for them from 01 March 2012 to 28 Febryary 2013, i would like the company to provide me with the proof of the IRP5 that i have worked for them.
i cannot finalise submitting my sars information due to non availability of IRP5 form Mccarthys limited. can the company provide me with that information as SARS officials want me to produce the IRP5 as the proof that i have worked for Mccarthys limited.
My pay number as per their submitted information to sars is 7110707900.
