I have been trying for a year to register my new businesses new bank account to no avail. I am sent a letter by SARS after every visit saying I must go in person to register with proof of residential and business address. I have been everytime with my Green barcoded ID book (in person) and given them all the proper documents. They are so efficient they will never ever take the document unless everything is complete. It happened to me in Uitenhage where I did not have a utility bill for the business and I had to return the next day. I am so frustrated I don't know what to do. I have sent many e-mails, made many calls and paid many visits to SARS in PE and Uitenhage ans still no Bank registration.
I believe this is being done deliberately to stall my payment as all the correct documents have been given since day one. SARS consultants WILL NEVER accept unless complete!
