I always went there every month for checkup and get medication and we have to wait until afternoon, Yesterday i went there only to get medication so that i can get my medication and go to work but i was out until 13:30 since the morning. The system they use is really bad and for you to get the service you have to fight hard and they have a complaint office that is always no one in it but i did once got lucky and found someone on it, i complain but still people are still struggling there, yesterday i have to fight to get that service. Their system is when you arrive they register you and you take your card to the box and the other officials come take them to check your file after that they come back with the files they call you and give you your card not your file so that you can go and pay on the other que after that you have to go to opd and register again and wait for the nurse to take bp and then thats where you go to see a doctor.
