3 weeks ago i was assaulted by a group of illiterate mongrels on the street of germiston then i had to go to the hospital with j88 form so i can be able to open a case against these people. i spent about 7 hours at the hospital before i could see the doctor who did not even bother to take a look, just reffered me to a nurse who could not even get the right date on the file. my j88 form was in the file which i did notify him about it being filled out and told him i will come for the file the next day, he even made a note on file saying i should collect it afterwards. over the last three weeks i have been there four times to collect it and each time i have wait for about four hours. there are no doctors notes, no recorded statement of my bruises, the date is wrong and the j88 is still blank basically these incompetent people just want me to lose this case and have my perpetrators to walk free just because they fail to do their job and this other nurse basically told i should bunk work just to collect the file since they're busy in the evening as if she will give a sick note just to cxollect a file.this is really frustrating and inconveniencing since my court date is around the corner.
