My daughter and my son-inlaw with there 2 kids went to department of home affairs at Harrison Street dated on the 05/11/2013 to the 4th floor to apply for the kids passports. To the amazement they where approached by the cleaner that was shouting at they helper that accompanied them as well that the kids are eating and messing the floors but they over looked that and continued what they want for as they approched the admin staff for assistance the services was disgusting they where passing comment at them. I will like to have this matter taken up to the higher authorities or have this published either in the media or on 3rd degree. The choice is yours if I do not get a response or apology by 06/11/2013 then do not blame me for the outcome of the above matter REMEBER WE ARE ALSO TAX PAYERS AS WELL NOT FOR DISGUSTING SERVICES FROM THE GOVERMENT DEPARTMENT. SHAME ON U GUYS???
