I joined momentum medical aid, I was covered immediately including chronicle medication.
February after not receiving my medication i was told there are forms that my doctor and i need to fill, which we did and blood samples were sent as requested.
In March, no medication was delivered, i called the call center i was told i need to collect from the hospital, which i found it funny, why should i have a medical aid if i will use the state hospital for my medication. fare enough, i was given a form to fill in again which i did, still no medication was delivered
March i phoned and i was told the debit order returned but there was money in my account, and I Immediately paid the amount they ask me to pay and fax the proof of payment to Rosh, till today i havent received my medication, i tried to call i spoke to several people but no help, today i spoke to Defan, who told me that owe three thousand, i don't know how did it come from R1250.00 to Three Thousand, they told me about, they have change the option and its now R 1 700.00 and back dated it from January, to whom did they discuss this and where are the documents and the new card. i have been buying my medication sinse Jan
