Equesting of letter of good standing

I would like to log a complaint to you about the absolute poor service I have been getting. This is not the 1st time I have to phone you, about 10 time to find out about my request for Letter of Good standing. Payment was made on the 30 October 2013 emails was send as well as fax to relevant number to request my letter. On monday 4/11/2013 I called to let the department know i have faxed my request, Patricia told met she will fax my letter. I did not receive any letter, so i had to call back again tuesday 5/11/2013 on the phone for more than an 1:04 min with Trafina I get cut off. Trafina telling me I have to send all my stuff again because she does not find it on the system. Called back again @12:59 just to put on hold again for the next person Grace to tell me she must look on the system again have to hold another 24 min... i have asked to speak to Thosego the supervisor but she seem to be in meetings al the time. I hope the meetings is about the poor sevice we have been getting and hope they do something about it!!!
