Since the branch in East London has closed and is no longer resposible for sending letters of Good Standing to customers and was instructed to submit to Pretoria branch. We have not received our letter of good standing for the last two months. This after a request was sent on 15 January 2013. I have faxed the letter of request through numerous times without a response. This holds up our business as our customers request for us to have this letter in place so that our drivers may work on site.
Please can someone come back to you as to what I am supposed to tell our customers, due to the lack of communication from Workmans Comp???
