Department of Labour
Unwillingness to Issue a Letter of Goodstanding

On the 21st of February 2013 I emailed the following documents to Mrs Sabati as directed by herself (Letter requesting a letter of good standing o the companys letterhead, ID of Director, CK Documents, Proof of payments made). She told me that the isuing of a letter of good standing takes 5 working days. On the 27th of February 2013 I emailed and faxed the above docuemntation to her email adress again and called twice to see that she recieved the mail. She told me that she did recieve it and will give my letters requesting the letter of good standing to a person called "Tabelo". On the 6th of March I called the offices (018) 387 8173 again to see if these letters has been issued, talking to Grace se redirected my call to "Tabelo" Tabelo told me that I cannot follow up on these quiries and that Grace should follow the matter up, he then redirected me back to grace, who told me that she was unaware of these procedures and would call me back during the day which did not happen.
