Letter of Good Standing expired 31st March. All payments and returns up to date, but it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a Letter of Good Standing from this Institution. There is absolutey no answer when you phone. Out of desperation we have travelled to Braamfontein with all necessary paperwork, only to discover that they are not at work. The department who deals with this is EMPTY. How can this be acceptable? It is very proudly stated on the Department of Labour website that the turnaround time is4-10 days. What a joke! Businesses are at a standstill because a government department doesn't pitch for work. Pathetic.
