This is now the 5th week im waiting for these people to send me a paid up letter, I called 4 weeks ago to request a paid up letter (unfortunately I didn't take down the consultants name who assisted me), and was told the letter will take 7-14 business days. I then waited 3 weeks and no paid up letter, but on 10.08.13 I receive an SMS stating I need to pay my Lee Morgan account, and the outstanding balance is R0.00. I then took that time again to call and find out how far my paid up letter is. The consultant I spoke to Palesa Williams, advised me that the admin department aren't in on Saturday's, but will request one on Monday. I asked her which email address it would be sent to and only then she took down my email address. It is now the 19th and nothing has been sent through, except another SMS stating that my account needs to be paid. Palesa also assured me that the account has been settled, but I'm still receiving these messages.
Can someone please send me this paid up letter?
