I am very annoyed about the service that we getting from these buses, first of all we getting charged different tarriffs on the same bus stops, buses are coming late every flippen day we wait for more than 30mins for the bus to come and the drivers were not trained for customer service. they treat us like trash whereas we are not travelling on these buses free, please can we get a best treatment as we loyal bus commuters. It is really not fair to be treated like trash!!!
