Still struggeling to registe

I registered to collect unemployment benefits end of July, was given a return date of 12 Sept. Went to sign, still not updated on the system. Had to sign an affidavit because someone registered me wrong. They can't pick up whhere the problem is. Phoned again on 17 and 18 of Sept, after speaking to about 5 people I was told if I signed an affidavit it takes another 3 weeks?? No one else told me this. The lady who took the affidavit said it takes a week!? All my paperwork was correct and handed in.
