STRUGGELING TO OBTAIN REFUND

Hi, I purchased online banking pre-paid electricity R1100.00 31 July 2013 . Supplier name = City power Jhb. Realizing this is the incorrect service provider for my area of pre-paid electricity. I'm residence in the Madibeng area - Hartbeespoortdam. I contacted my bank 087 5777 000 and was advised to deal directly with CITY POWER JHB and given the nr to dial 011 375 5555, I will need to obtain the refund from them directly the bank cannot assist. Getting through on this line has been a month's struggle (Aug) at different dates and times. I hold on for 45min for my call to be answered and then to be refered to another nr to dial for assistance. Nr to dial is 011 490 7484 to be referred to another nr 011 490 7078 to be refered to another nr 011 490 7818 to be refered to YET another NR 011 490 7297 Retail Services - The man anwered don't really now what process to follow, he thinks I will need to come in to Booysens offices in Jhb to do the refunding with the tokens??? HOW REDICULOUS with modern technology. I please need online assistance in getting this refund done for the 2 pre-paid tokens purchached on-line, FNB; 1 = R100 2nd = R1000!!! Mrs Isabella Daly
